Shipment
Shipping and handling costs
We charge a shipping fee (up to 5 kg) within Germany from € 4,90. Packages over 5 kg please on request. From an order value of more than 100,00 €, shipping is free of charge. The delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Within Germany there is the possibility for a DHL Express delivery. Orders until 14:00 are dispatched the same day.
For shipments within the European Union, we charge a shipping cost package (up to 5 kg) of € 9.50. From an order value of 200,00 €, shipping is free of charge. The delivery time is 3-6 working days.
For international shipments outside the EU, we charge a shipping cost of € 40,00. From an order value of 500,00 €, shipping is free of charge. The delivery time is 5-10 business days, but can be due to a. Customs clearance in the destination country.
Delivery time:
• If ordered until 8:00 am, the order will normally be sent the same day.
• If payment method "Prepayment" is sent on the day of the payment receipt.

Returns:
